You may book our private chauffeur or concierge services directly through our website by completing the contact form, or by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

You'll receive a personalized quote within 24 hours at the latest.

We recommend booking in advance to ensure service availability and an optimal experience.

What information should I provide for a booking?

To make a reservation, we'll need as many details as possible so that we can offer you a service that's perfectly tailored to your needs. Please provide the following information:

  • Pickup date and time

  • Departure and destination addresses

  • Number of passengers

  • Preferred vehicle type and quantity

  • Flight or train number (if applicable)

  • Requested concierge services

How to reserve a child seat in our vehicles?

To reserve one or more child seats in our vehicles (booster, infant carrier, or convertible seat), you may submit your request online or by phone when booking.

We recommend reserving in advance to ensure availability of the appropriate child seat for your child's age and weight, guaranteeing their safety and your peace of mind throughout the journey.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

You may cancel any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Changes to your reservation details (time, location, etc.) can also be made up to 24 hours prior to service.

How long will my chauffeur wait at the train station or airport?

For airport arrivals, we provide up to 1 hour of complimentary waiting time following your flight's landing.

For train station arrivals, your chauffeur will wait 15 minutes free of charge after your scheduled train arrival time.

By providing your flight or train number, your chauffeur can monitor your arrival in real-time. This ensures immediate pickup - whether you're early or delayed.

Which pets are allowed in your vehicles?

Small pets are permitted in our vehicles when securely contained in a carrier or closed travel bag, to prevent any distraction to the driver.

For safety reasons, animals must not move freely within the vehicle.

Service animals for visually impaired passengers are always welcome without restrictions.

Pricing & Terms

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, as well as bank transfers and cash payments.

How are transfer fares calculated?

Rates are calculated based on distance, estimated trip duration, and the type of vehicle requested. Additional fees may apply for trips on public holidays or in case of extended waiting time.

How will I receive my invoice?

After completing your booking on our website or by phone, your invoice will be sent to you by email in PDF format. You can then view, download, or save it directly from your inbox at any time.
